Barb and I have been invited back to South Africa for three weeks this fall (Oct 6–30) – and we need your help!
These brothers and sisters of ours, on the other side of the world, urgently need this biblical teaching and I am praying you will do whatever you can to help us get this Marriage Training Kit, which has been specially adapted for them, into their hands.
Thanks to wonderful donor support, this is our 6th tour through this incredible land in partnership with Focus on the Family Africa. This year we will have the privilege of ministering to couples, women and pastors in Cape Town, Durban, and Pretoria through an 11 event tour. Plus we will get to premier our new Date Night “Kiss and Make Up” event in five communities.
Previous gifts have allowed the following ministry impact to occur through our five tours:
- 600 church kits purchased impacting more than 4,800 people.
- 422 necklaces given impacting approximately 5,445 women and children.
- 233 couples have been trained and equipped as Marriage Champions impacting countless more throughout their churches and small groups.
- 16,494 people ministered to throughout the marriage ministry tour events.
And we’re thrilled to return to impact even more people for the Kingdom of God this year!
During our 11 event tour, Barb and I will be conducting two Marriage Champion trainings for pastors and small group leaders where we will premier our South African Church Kit #5 - adapted specifically for them from our new series “Family 101 – Back to the Basics.”
But here’s the problem: hardly any of these churches and leaders would ever be able to afford the full cost of this DVD kit. So we have coordinated with Focus on the Family Africa to sell the kit to churches and small groups at a greatly reduced fee. Leaders and couples are thirsty for this biblical message but they are so much more financially limited than most of us. Will you help subsidize this product for just $50 per kit to get it into the hands of a church in South Africa?
